Hi there! My name is Alli, and I am a trainee therapist at The Relational Center. I started my journey to become a therapist because I know what it feels like to struggle with my mental health. Unfortunately, the topic of mental health can be scary and there is a lot of stigmas surrounding it. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients and community understand that is it ok to ask for help. There is nothing more important in this world than you!

The Relational Center is dedicated to supporting our community with mental health care. They strive to make services affordable and in reach. Many people think that therapy is something only the affluent can obtain, and that is not the case. TRC strives to cultivate awareness, spread empathy, and build community. In addition, they provide intense clinical training to all their therapists while implementing the importance of social justice.
