Hey everyone!

As some of you may know, starting in August 2021 I joined the Relational Center in addition to my full-time job, to provide sliding-scale community mental health services and train in relational gestalt therapy.  As a counselor at TRC, I feel so incredibly grateful to provide accessible therapy and groups to marginalized community members who may not access quality mental health care otherwise. TRC's mission is to spread empathy, inspire leadership, and build community. There is a deep awareness held within the TRC community that when we value our connections with others and with the environment, we create the necessary conditions for health and sustainability. My time at TRC has been so nurturing and fulfiling as a neophyte therapist coming up during a global pandemic!
