Please Join Me in Supporting the Relational Center!

Dear friends,

Now that Thanksgiving and the true American holiday - Black Friday - are behind us, I’d like to share with you a new development in my life and why I need your support. Along with my lovely wife Katy, I have recently joined the Board of the Relational Center. TRC is incredibly special to me: the space, the concept, the individuals and the community - they have all supported my development both as a professional in my field and as a human being in this world. It also happens to be the reason why I met my wife. By joining the board, I have made a commitment to be a steward of this fledgling community mental health center. In doing so, I am making a promise "I will not let the Relational Center die."

In case you have never heard me gush about this amazing place, or maybe just need a reminder about what it does: TRC provides wellness services to marginalized individuals in Los Angeles and exists to promote the essential importance of relationships. You can learn more about the wide array of services they provide for our community here: http://www.relationalcenter.org/.

So please support me in being a (successful) steward to this essential institution by clicking the big green "DONATE" button and giving a few (or a lot of) bucks.

I wish we lived in a society in which pillars of communities did not have to regularly beg for the funds they desperately need to continue to exist….but that’s a whole other soapbox.

As always, thank you for your attention and your generosity!

Paul

ABOUT 2018 Year-End Appeal

Every year we host a year-end appeal that offers our supporters one last opportunity to make a tax-deductible donation to The Relational Center before the end of the calendar year. Our goal for the 2018 year-end appeal is $30,000. These funds are critical for sustaining The Relational Center's community. With your support, we can continue to integrate individual healing and systemic cultural change through affordable comprehensive mental health services to low-income and marginalized folks. Help us build stronger, more empathic communities that can change the world!
